Paper submission instructions
Please note that Speech Prosdy 2026 follows a two-step submission process with two separate deadlines:
Abstract submission: November 15, 2025 (Extend to November 22, 2025)
Full paper submission: November 21, 2025 (Extend to December 5, 2025)
Abstract submission (or pre-submission) is required so that the program chairs can assign suitable reviewers with relevant expertise. All papers will be evaluated by external reviewers.
Step 1: Abstract submission
You are invited to submit a 200-word abstract with a title via the Microsoft CMT by November 22, 2025, Anywhere on Earth. On the CMT submission page, authors must:
Enter the author information, title, and abstract directly into the designated text boxes (PDF upload is not required for abstract submission; this is only needed for the full paper).
Select topic areas most relevant for the submission.
Indicate a preference for oral or poster presentation.
Indicate eligibility for the student first-author award.
Indicate whether the authors will be attending in person or online.
Important note:
After November 22, only updates to the pdf and media files, the title and the abstract will be permitted, while updates to the topics and the authors cannot be made.
Each successful submission must be associated with a unique author registration. The registered author does not need to be the first author.
All authors much confirm compliance with the ISCA Code of Ethics for Authors.
Step 2: Full paper submission
Only authors who submitted an abstract by November 22, 2025 may submit a full paper for review by December 5, 2025 (AoE).
Paper format:
Papers must be written in English.
Length: Up to 4 pages of main text, with 1 additional page allowed for references only.
Any paper with content beyond references on the 5th page will be rejected.
Submissions will undergo double-blinded peer review by 2-3 expert reviewers.
Submission Process:
Upload the full paper as a PDF via CMT.
Ensure your submission follows the Speech Prosody 2026 formatting guidelines.
Do not include any author-identifying information in the uploaded pdf file to preserve anonymity.
To submit to a special session, select the corresponding special session box in the subject area section of the submission system.
